Interview with Bryce from Tijan’s Jaded Series

He’s An Arsehole Anyway

He’s An Arsehole Anyway

So I found this hilarious book blurb on Goodreads and from the moment I saw it I knew I had to read it. Now, luckily or me, the authors sent me an e-mail asking if I wanted an ARC, so of course I accepted.

I’m just now waiting for their response, but you should be expecting a review soon! Here’s the blurb that totally sold me.

How to deal with being dumped according to the assholes themselves.

The Aussie break-up book that every girl and her friends MUST read has now hit America!

Thatz rightz, we know how much you Americanz needz your Americanized wordz. So here it iz, in all of it’z glory!

Specifically, we will tell you: what he is thinking; what he is doing; what you are doing wrong and how you should act in the period immediately after you’ve been dumped to ensure that you win the break up.

Hey guys, I just wanted to say, once again, sorry for not posting for ages, but I do have a good excuse this time!

If you read some of my previous textposts, you might know that I just changed school. Since I’ve basically never done anything major on my own (as in, without any of my friends coming along), this was kind of a big thing for me.
Especially given my awkwardness when it comes to meeting new people. I’m just terrible at that.

But okay, everything went well, considering. I’ve made a bunch of great new friends and yadda yadda yadda. None of you care about this stuff, I’m guessing.

I also wanted to mention that, since September, not only has school started back up again, but I’ve also been to a couple of parties and even another festival. Laundry Day. With 65.000 attendees (which is most likely what you guys would see as the population of a high school, but is actually a lot for Belgium), it was extremely crowded, but that didn’t make it any less fun.

And I thought maybe you’d want to know I went to Paris. It’s a great city and all, but personally I think it’s overrated and not at all what you foreigners think it to be. It is just a city after all. But it was nice. (my pessimism might be caused by the fact that I live in Belgium, 2 hours away from Paris, and that I’ve passed through the city a bunch of times [by car ] to get to Spain).

But anyways, the point of this post was actually to let you know that I’ll be starting to post regularly ‘again’, since everything’s settled a bit.

To all you reading fanatics, read please!

As you guys might’ve already heard, there’s a ghostwriter-turned-fake author an the loose. She’s been plagiarizing books such as Beautiul Disaster and Easy under fake names such as

Jordin Williams
Jordin Bishop
James Bishop
Emily Curran
Liz Thomas
Beth Klein
Emma Buch
K.A. Andrews

I know, I know, I’m possibly the worst blogger ever, but I’m not planning on writing any new reviews soon. I might post some old ones Friday, but I’m enjoying the weather right now, for another week and next week it’s “Gentse Feesten” and none o you probably know what that is. (It sort of a festival-like thing in Ghent, Belgium, but for free and not only music but also other stuff, such as amusement things for kids during the day and it’s just great and it lasts for ten days every year in July).

I’m currently (meaning, when I’m actually inside/at home and I am not watching Orphan Black/Buffy/White Collar) re-reading Sentiment Lost by Tijan, even though I just read it earlier this year, but it’s just that great and I felt the need to write a review for it.
Also, Tijan seems to be the only author who can please me lately.

Again, sorry guys!

I don’t know if any of you read

I don’t know if any of you read my little text I posted yesterday (which I have now taken down), but I’m dealing with some personal stuff so I don’t think I’ll be posting any reviews next week.

I’m currently stressing out because of some stuff and next week I’m going to some festival so I’ll be dog-tired. Sorry to my lovely followers, but I’m guessing it won’t be hardship. 🙂

Here’s a bit of an update on my life, for those who’re interested.

My finals ended on Wednesday, which is great since I was on the verge of actually throwing things at people’s heads. I went out with some friends, which resulted in some over-emotional drama thanks to one of my friends suddenly disappearing with her phone turned of.

Thursday I went to an amusement park. Not the greatest idea with the sleep deprivation and the hangover I was sporting. When I finally went to sleep I didn’t wake up for 13 hours ande was still exhausted.

Normally I had to work Friday from 6pm to 1am, but luckily it was a slow day so I got off at 10pm and stayed at a campfire a bunch of friends started until 2am.

I started (and finished) reading Fallen Crest Family yesterday (Friday) and started reading Friend-Zoned Tuesday but still haven’t finished it, but I think I’ll probably give up on that one and write reviews (really short ones, I’m guessing) for both books.

I know nobody is reading this so no

I know nobody is reading this so no one will care, but I’m guessing I should at least try to commit to this blog and post (more or less) regularly, so here goes.

I finished the Experiment in Terror series (1-6), read book one and two of the Charley Davidson series (which seemed so promising but was actually rather boring) and am currently reading Fire Inside by Kristen Ashley. So far so good. I still have to write reviews for the books I read these past two weeks, but I planning on doing that as soon as I’m not dead on my feet (or my ass) anymore because finals are fucking killing me.

I’m surprised I even find the time to read as much as I am, but I’m guessing that’s because of the insomnia I’m momentarily suffering from.

So Wednesday I’ve got my last final and later that night I’m going ‘clubbing’. Thursday I’m going to an amusment park with my best friends because, why not?

And Friday, Tijan is finally releasing Fallen Crest Family, I’m so freaking exited. Though I do have to work from 6pm to 12 o’clock.
